Just an advanced political cogitation on Wike and Fubara.

When I see a Nigerian man who has gone to the university say “Why should Fubara honor an agreement with Wike?” I wonder.

Instantly I begin to cast my gaze on the three most historic betrayals : Benedict Arnold - America’s notorious traitor; Isabella of France: The rebel queen; Marcus Junius Brutus who joined the senators that assassinated Julius Caesar, his boss.

Et tu Brutus - Ceasar exclaimed, “Even you, Brutus.”

A close ally, who ate with Julius Ceasar, joins the ranks of his enemies to stab him to death, leading to the Ides of March which refers to the 74th day of the Roman calendar, 15 March, the day Ceasar was stabbed.

I do not get angry at those who support Fubara. I just clean their tears and massage their broken ego with the essential balm of empathy.

They are not really supporting Fubara. They are just hating on Nyesom Wike. They just find it hard to say that we hate the Hen, but want the egg to survive. How possible?

Fubara only wants to be another godfather which is the cause of the chaos in River State. No more, no less.

Did he campaign alone during the election? Was he not foisted on the party and on the people?

Let him remain in that camp until the state wakes as Abia State. For now he is worse than Brutus.

Et tu Fubara?

Imagine if Obasa or Sanwolu begins to fight Bola Tinubu today? I will never take them seriously. After they have enriched themselves?

Just like Abel Damina is fighting the David Oyedepos of this world after collecting billions in tithe. He has never returned any. He is just junketing, bluffing.

Same with Fubara and his noisy supporters.

If he wants to repent and decide to be a decent politician: Let him resign and return all he benefited from Wike for 8 years.

Let him also reject his unlawful promotion.

For now, he remains a dirty politician who has no intention to serve the people who supported him and built him because of his arrogance. Fayose warned him but he refused to listen.

You join a night hunting club. Accepted to be an agent of the club; now you want to change direction of the club of hunters. To where? To your own forest of course. But you forgot that a dog is not bigger than the hunter. You forgot that your chief hunter helped bring Bola Tinubu to power. You’re so pathetic.

Arrogance is a deprecating disease. Those supporting Fubara are the people you should never do anything with. They don’t know what accountability is. They don’t keep to their word. They don’t have confidence in themselves. They will forget how they arrived where they are. They will never show gratitude. They don’t believe in continuity. They lack consistency and therefore cannot make sense of Third World politics and history.

They say Wike failed Amaechi, failed Jonathan, failed Dame Patience. Therefore, Fubara should betray him too.

Have you seen it? This is the real problem. This is their real injury: Wikephobia.

These are the people damaged by Western education: Men that would place their parents at care homes rather than taking care of them. What if your dad placed you in orphanage homes? You don’t imagine that?

What if Nyesom Wike did not recommend Fubara? You wouldn’t have been anywhere near the college of power talkless of the corridor of power where you are busy threatening the person that offered you protection from the collective enemy.

Both of you worked together. Your political career started with Wike. You are together when he was in power. Why didn’t you resign then as Mr Integrity and Chief Intelligence Angel? Why now?

No one should hide Fubara’s character flaw at all. Don’t justify Fubara’s behavior because of Wike’s greed. Both belong to the same group.

Fashola and Sanwolu are exact examples of products of godfatherism. Many of these pretentious gold diggers who fan Fubara’s embers still honour them today.

They have never campaigned aggressively against them. In fact they supported them in 2023 even when the masses voted for the Labour Party.

In fact, one of those who are promoting Fubara’s agenda have always supported Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s APC. He even supported Mohammadu Buhari.

A kaleidoscope of corrupt paradoxicality.

You see anyone who doesn’t understand that politics thrives on negotiations and contracts with citizens, lobbyists, former leaders, politicians, sea of stakeholders is like an egg, blind, blockheaded and bereft of wisdom.

He ends up broken like Fubara.

In democracy politically elected officials obey their party leaders. The governor doesn’t work alone. He owes the people as well his party leadership and membership.

Who’s Sim Fubara’s party leader? Nyesom Wike

You say he doesn’t owe him? You’re a complete ignoramus.

Go and sleep. Pray for wisdom.
