DOGE Executive Order Is Airtight: Trump and Musk Snatched Obama’s Blueprint, Driving Democrats Nuts

DOGE has become Elon Musk’s greatest engagement in the chaotic history of his ascendancy to immense wealth. He has attracted so much attention, attacks, media criticism and praise alike. This attacks stem from the fact that DOGE was legally tight and targets the sea of criminals in Washington.

A lawyer, Tom Renz, who actually read Trump’s DOGE Executive Order, expected to find an illegal power grab. Instead, he found it airtight. Turns out, Donald Trump and Elon Musk didn’t create anything new. Obama did.

Elon Musk, because of the DOGE Executive order has lost friends. Yet he has been said to have grown wealthier since Donald Trump came to power.1 

Today, Musk has faced numerous attacks because his power has exceeded its limits. Elon Musk attends Cabinet meetings to indicate how powerful he has become. 2

Back in 2014, Obama established the United States Digital Service (USDS). It was a bureaucratic patch job to fix the Obamacare website meltdown. Fast forward to 2025, and Trump rebrands it as DOGE (United States DOGE Service). He keeps the acronym, keeps the funding, but gives it a whole new mission: Find the Receipts.

Legally untouchable, DOGE was already fully funded and operational. Trump invokes 5 USC 3161, which allows him to create temporary hiring authorities. DOGE teams are embedded inside every federal agency. Each team includes a lawyer, an HR rep, a tech-savvy zoomer, and an investigator. They report to DOGE, not the agencies they’re embedded in.

But wait, there’s more! Trump invokes 44 USC Chapter 35, which governs federal IT and cybersecurity oversight. Since USDS was originally an IT oversight body, DOGE now has full access to all federal data systems. Yes, all of them.

The executive order is crafted to block legal challenges. It overrides conflicting executive orders and mandates compliance from every agency. Refusal would mean violating presidential authority.

Congress can’t defund it because it’s not a new program—just a repurposed one. The DOJ can’t sue for overreach because Trump used existing laws exactly as written. Democrats attempting legal challenges face standing issues since DOGE operates within established frameworks.

Obama, unknowingly, built the perfect administrative IT backdoor. Trump and Musk simply hacked the system and took the admin controls. Musk now has legal oversight of every major agency’s internal systems. The Administrative State can’t stop it without rewriting multiple federal laws.

They legally outplayed the system, and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. Obama created DOGE. That’s the checkmate.

At White House press meetings, they showed the payments and receipts. Not a single reporter denied it or called foul. When it’s that obvious, the proof is already in the pudding. 👍 Carry on, wayward soldier.

The Spending Trail That’s Driving Democrats Crazy

Here’s a glimpse of what USAID funds have been paying for:

• $7.9 million to teach Sri Lankan journalists how to avoid “binary-gendered language.”
• $20 million for a new Sesame Street show in Iraq.
• $4.5+ million to “combat disinformation” in Kazakhstan.
• $1.5 million for “art for inclusion of people with disabilities.”
• $2 million for sex changes and “LGBT activism” in Guatemala.
• $6 million to “transform digital spaces to reflect feminist democratic principles.”
• $2.1 million to help the BBC “value the diversity of Libyan society.”
• $10 million worth of USAID-funded meals, which ended up with an al Qaeda-linked terror group.
• $25 million for Deloitte to promote “green transportation” in Georgia.
• $2.5 million to promote “inclusion” in Vietnam.
• $16.8 million for a separate “inclusion” group in Vietnam.
• ~$5 million to EcoHealth Alliance, one of the key NGOs funding bat virus research at the Wuhan lab.
• $20 million for a group tied to a key player in the Russiagate impeachment hoax.
• $1.1 million to an Armenian “LGBT group.”
• $1.2 million to help the African Methodist Episcopal Church Service and Development Agency in Washington, D.C., build a “state-of-the-art 440-seat auditorium.”
• $1.5 million to promote “LGBT advocacy” in Jamaica.
• $2 million to promote “LGBT equality through entrepreneurship” in Latin America.
• $500K to solve sectarian violence in Israel—just ten days before the Hamas October 7 attack.
• $2.3 million for “artisanal and small-scale gold mining” in the Amazon.
• $3.9 million for “LGBT causes” in the western Balkans.
• $5.5 million for LGBT activism in Uganda.
• $6 million for advancing LGBT issues in “priority countries around the world.”
• $6.3 million for men who have sex with men in South Africa.
• $8.3 million for “USAID Education: Equity and Inclusion.”

These are just a few examples. Nobody in Uganda is going to die because they don’t have LGBTQ+ activism. What a crock.

The Bigger Picture

If there’s no fraud or corruption, why is the left going nuts? I just invested in duct tape—lefties need it to keep their heads from exploding.

Trump is gutting any department that’s investigated or regulated his businesses. If you think the wealthiest man in the world doesn’t want more wealth and power, and actually cares about you, then perhaps your parents never told you Santa isn’t real.

It’s baffling why people have an issue with Trump and Elon exposing excess spending. At the end of that money trail, corrupt politicians will be exposed.

The objections to Musk are ridiculous. The only people truly upset are those dependent on kickbacks and ill-gotten funds—or the poorly educated and misinformed.

Elon Musk is the detective, diagnostician, and messenger—the source of illumination. Musk is lighting the pathway to healing possibilities. His spacecraft just saved Americans in space, removing great shame for the U.S. Let’s support him.
