When I said I love the election of Pope
Francis some people thought it was just passive intellection. In his homily
last week Wednesday he surprised the whole world. He cited the story of the
Good Samaritan in the gospels, and surmised plainly that all who do good show
acceptance of Jesus and His word. Doing good is doing God! He radically
included atheists who do charity! Read James Chapters 1 and 2. Faith is work!
Even a dumb or blind man who shows love for God and man will still be saved.
Jesus Himself gave to the poor. He offered a
Writ of mandamus overriding any other apostolic law in Matthew 25:33 and by
extension in Mark 10:21. Also, He had to multiply bread and fishes so as to
fulfil this mandamus. But Church leaders today prefer to use the poor’s little
contributions to buy properties all-over the world in the name of Blessings! Don’t
let those greedy pastors, bishops and priests cow you to be a mere schmoozer
instead of a giver to the less privileged. Support Gods servants, but give
less to the rich amongst them, give more to the needy. Look for your brothers
and sisters who need that help: it is a better kingdom investment. Very soon
another Forbes report or whistle blower will soon expose the Bank Accounts of
these pastors and their children, then you will realise what I mean. Are these
people really serving God, the Christians or Money?
