Your pastor lied to you when he said
Christianity is not a religion. Christianity is pure and undefiled religion
(James 1:27). It is the kind of life based on charity (mercy culture), healing,
and it’s Bible-centred. Immediately the Holy Bible was banned from schools,
crime increased in America. Natural disasters have increased in a country that
promised to trust in God, yet allow Christian beliefs to perish. Russia is a
perfect contrast, immediately they accepted religion, they began to grow in
science and technology: violence reduced!
Look at the northern part of Nigeria where Christ
is rejected, look at Somalia, and look at Mali: nightfall and bloodshed, then
look at South Africa and Ghana where Christ is fully accepted: peace and
prosperity. Anybody that rejects Jesus, the light of God can be considered as imprudent,
don’t worship with him! Pray for Him! Rebuke him! Religion is not a human
being. Man is the cause of harm. But most times man uses religion as rationalisation.
The same way a man kills, steals, and destroys in the name of politics. In
fact, Marx, Darwin and all those who rejected religion were paradoxically seeking
permission for ritualism, slavery, paganism and putrid essence. These were
situations that left man in the cave before religion came and modernised man
through its tool of Epignosis (knowledge) and education.
A lot of people have withdrawn from God due to attitudes of religious
leaders. This is why you must not imitate most of them, let’s try and imitate
Christ for us to be saved. Most of them have even shot themselves in the leg
like pagans; they neither fear GOD nor live pure and undefiled!
